Ambulatory Care Gynecology

Students per month: 1
The student will work on the ambulatory service with gynecologic
patients. The student may work with the nurse practitioner,
nutritionist, and counseling team. On the gynecologic
service, the student will take an active role in the STD clinic,
family planning clinic, and general gynecologic service.
This rotation is designed as a clinical preceptorship for students
interested in a career in adolescent medicine, obstetrics and
gynecology or primary care medicine.
