Students From International Medical Schools
To apply for electives at Baystate Medical Center, students who attend an international medical school must go through the Office of International Affairs at our affiliate medical school, Tufts University School of Medicine (TUSM).
TUSM has policies and procedures that apply to international students and must be followed to be granted an elective at Baystate Medical Center. To be considered for the Emergency Medicine or Neurology electives at Baystate Medical Center, applicants must also submit a letter of intent and transcript to:
