ANNOUNCEMENTS Tufts OpenCourseWare Tufts OpenCourseWare is part of a new educational movement that makes course content accessible for free to everyone online. Tufts University's initial offerings demonstrate its strength in the life sciences, as well as a multidisciplinary approach, an international perspective, and an underlying ethic of service to our local, national and international communities. Tufts OCW (http://ocw.tufts.edu/) is a publication of Tufts course materials. It does not require any registration, does not offer academic credit and, in most cases, does not provide access to Tufts faculty. Are You a Tufts Faculty Member Interested in Publishing A Course? The New England Chapter of the Association of Clinical Research Professionals awarded Lori Kozikowski, RN, Project Manager for the Critical Care Research Program, the Platinum Service Award for her professional accomplishments as a skilled leader and mentor in fostering clinical research at both a local and national level. This award is presented to selected members to recognize their contributions to the ongoing success of the association's efforts to promote clinical research. Lori was appointed executive coordinator of the new NHLBI sponsored ARDS Network in 2005. Most recently, she presented a lecture on the process of building a clinical research program at a national conference attended by Greg Koski, former Director of OHRP in Washington DC. Lori’s achievements at Baystate Medical Center over the past 5 years have added immeasurable value to our research efforts and recognition at the national level. Baystate and Tufts University School of Medicine both provide logos for faculty to use in presentations. These logos are available online and can be downloaded and stored on your hard drive for future use. Baystate logos are available on the Baystate intranet
