Research Update Meeting

Time: 12 noon - 1:00 pm - Lunch will be served
Location: Chestnut 1

On November 8 at 12 noon to 1 pm—with lunch—in Chestnut 1 there will be an update from Hal Jenson MD on several issues related to research at Baystate. This will be an opportunity learn more about and discuss developments in our institutional research efforts and some of the research infrastructure that is being enhanced. It will also be a time to bring up questions and discuss issues about any aspect of research at Baystate.

The agenda for this updates on research and research administration issues includes:

  • BMC and PVLSI research initiatives
  • Introduction to Internal Processing Form for all Baystate research 
  • Update on research Conflict of Interest Policy 
  • Update on Federal Grants.gov electronic submission process
  • Update on time and effort reporting
  • Implementation of new indirect and residual policies
