Since its inception in the fall, Chapter members have been involved in several community programs including seminars for the Eastfield Mall Walkers on Code Status, led by Dr. Eileen Kehoe, a third year internal medicine resident, and Sexuality, by Dr. Rosette Odulio, a geriatrics fellow. In honor of Older Americans Month in May the Chapter will partner with the Baystate VNA & Hospice to conduct a Memory Screen on May 16th at the Baystate Health Educational Center in Holyoke. The AGS is an organization of over 6,700 health professionals with a mission is to improve the health, independence and quality of life of all older people.
