Health Sciences Library Remedies for Technical Difficulties

Throughout August, PubMed MEDLINE experienced inconsistent linking to Baystate journals, frustrating researchers and librarians alike.  Library staff were able to work around these problems and still deliver articles to researchers in a timely manner.

The Library reminds researchers that if they ever receive an error message or are prompted for payment for an article, to please call them at 413-794-1865 or email them at library@baystatehealth.org In most cases, articles will be delivered within 24-48 hours.

Annual Introduction to Research Sessions Starts September 14

Open to All Fellows

Baystate content experts will present research-related topics, such as "Introduction to Research Design" and "Informed Consent." For more details, see September calendar on Events page
