The Academics@Baystate newsletter was initiated in July 2006 with the following goal:

To serve the research and teaching communities at Baystate by providing a useful and interesting tool that meets their specific needs by soliciting feedback and suggestions and encouraging their active participation.

After 5 years, it is time to evaluate this tool to better understand:

  • Where is it succeeding?

  • How could it better meet its goal?
